Sarah works closely with our senior leadership team to drive organisational effectiveness by overseeing executive priorities and coordinating key projects. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, anticipate business needs, and bring structure and clarity to fast-moving environments.
Prior to joining Navera in 2023, Sarah spent more than a decade supporting senior leaders in global financial services organisations, including Goldman Sachs and Optiver. During this time, she worked internationally across offices in London, Amsterdam, and Chicago, gaining extensive experience in executive support, business operations and stakeholder management.
Sarah holds a first-class BA (Hons) degree from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
