Katie focuses on control and oversight in the operations team, and is an advocate for transparency, consistency and high standards that deliver excellent client outcomes. She joined the team in 2025.
Previously, Katie spent 11 years at Rothschild & Co Wealth Management UK, where she led portfolio and risk initiatives. As Head of Portfolio Implementation, she centralised discretionary portfolio management to improve efficiency and client outcomes. She later served as Head of Risk and Governance, strengthening governance and risk oversight across the firm. Katie began her career in 2008 in foreign exchange broking, developing analytical and communication skills that she later applied to wealth management.
Katie is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds an LLB in Law from the University of Sheffield. She is also a co-opted governor of an infant school, with a focus on Pupil Premium, reflecting her support for initiatives that improve outcomes for disadvantaged pupils and help to promote social mobility.
