Jenny joined the team in 2024 to perform Operational Oversight, with a focus on undertaking monitoring and ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls by refining and documenting processes and enhancing our Management Information.
With 28 years’ experience across buy- and sell-side institutions, Jenny has held roles in Operations, Business Analysis, Client Service and Oversight at firms including Cazenove, Standard Chartered, Canaccord and Brooks Macdonald. Most recently, she was Operations Manager and then Head of Operational Oversight and TPA Services, with a consistent focus on bridging Front-Office and Operations functions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
Jenny is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Outside work, she is Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Stock Exchange Clerks Fund, and volunteers with a reptile rescue centre and occasionally acts as a newsreader for a local charity for the blind.
